If I'm in the area for any reason, this is where I go. I've brought friends to try it and they all love it. Love the atmosphere whether a game day or not. The menu is wonderfully curated with a fun twist on favorites and flavor combinations that delight! Drinks are fantastic and I've always had wonderful service. Hands down a fave and highly recommend.
We went there with our baseball team and families and the service was fast, friendly and accurate. The food was great across the board and very timely. Our server kept all the orders straight by player number. It was busy but everything came out pretty much together is on good timing. Highly recommend!
This was my first time. I heard great things about 30hop and it did not disappoint! The appetizers were delicious. We had the chips with salsa and queso. The salsa was a little hot for my taste, but the queso was outstanding. We also ordered pretzel bites with a mustard and cheese dip. Delicious. We were there with a big group. The waitresses were wonderful. They were attending to all our needs. I ordered the Teriyaki Dragon Bowl. I was one of the best things I've ordered at a restaurant in a while. I'm a big guy so this meal didn't feel me up, but what it lacked in quantity it more than made up for in quality.
We went on a football gameday, about 4 hours before the game. We were told about a 20-minute wait and it ended up being about 30. While we waited we had some beers, including one of their own beers, which were nice, and there was some seating available while you waited. They were pretty understaffed, so there were a few empty tables, but once we did get a seat, our waitress was great! The food came out fairly quickly and it was delicious. Give this place a try!
Walked in and got seated right away. We also got served fast. It has a nice atmosphere My husband had the 30 hop burger and said it was very tasty along with a bowl of potato soup. I had a Caesar salad and a bowl of potato soup.
It was a great place we stumbled upon. They were very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The server was friendly, attentive, had suggestions, and checked in frequently with us. Price was average.
One of my favorite places to go for food or drinks in Iowa City/Coralville! They always have a solid selection of beers on tap so it's nice to get to try new ones or get something familiar from a local brewery. Their food is also great - this was my first time trying the honey chili garlic noodles and it was SO good, had a nice kick and the salmon was cooked perfectly. They also have a great rooftop area that is awesome during the warmer months!
The Chicken Avo Club was really good. Got a few things to go. I didn't get a picture but the Spinach Artichoke Dip is probably the best I've ever had - so far. I'm always on the hunt for a fantastic Spinach Dip and so far this is it. Generous portion, too. I really appreciated the portion size. I'll definitely be back!
